Quick Overview

Primal Torntusk belonged to the Revantusk trolls of the Hinterlands, who maintained a cautious relationship with Thrall's Horde. Their tribe remembered its earlier association with the orcs but valued its own independence amid rival forest-troll powers. Torntusk's place in this history lies in the Revantusk effort to survive without surrendering their identity.

Full History

Primal Torntusk was a Revantusk troll figure in the Hinterlands, where forest troll allegiances were divided by older wars and new demands. The Revantusk's place beside the Horde set them apart from other forest troll tribes. Their survival depended on navigating nearby rivals and the dangerous landscape around their village. Torntusk belongs to that story of uneasy alliances rather than a single world-shaping battle.

The original Troll Compendium describes Revantusk loyalty to the memory of the old Horde and a pact of mutual assistance with Thrall’s new Horde. The Revantusk accept friendship but decline formal Horde membership in the original account.
