Tyrygosa belonged to the blue dragonflight, the guardians entrusted with defending magic on Azeroth. The flight's interventions were not distant abstractions: mortal wars had repeatedly placed magical powers and their keepers in danger. The surviving original-era material leaves Tyrygosa's later course outside this chapter.
