Quick Overview

Full History
The Explorers' Guild was born from Ironforge's determination to look beyond its own mountains and recover the world's buried history. Brann Bronzebeard embodied that restless ambition. While other dwarves trained soldiers or governed the kingdom, he traveled across continents, studying old places and gathering the knowledge that made new journeys possible.
His interests were not confined to stone inscriptions. The unexplored world held traces of vanished peoples, signs of ancient battles, and rumors that could lead an expedition beyond the safety of established roads. Every journey extended the guild's maps while reminding the dwarves how much remained unknown.
Brann's search eventually became personal. His brother Muradin had journeyed to Northrend, where news of his fate was uncertain. Brann headed north in search of answers and then vanished from contact with Ironforge. His disappearance left the guild with the kind of mystery it had been created to pursue: a missing explorer somewhere beyond the limits of the known maps.
