Full History
The lands south of Desolace have long carried grief from ancient Kalimdor. The surviving Highborne of Eldre'Thalas, the centaur descended from Zaetar and Theradras, and the peoples forced to live beside them have very different memories of the region. Barrow Deeps brings that landscape of tombs and long memory into a new raid setting, linking exploration with an inheritance older than the present Horde and Alliance.
Beyond the region's general burial theme and raid scale, the official preview offers limited stable plot detail. A list of beta encounter names cannot by itself establish a history of ancient kings or the final fate of its inhabitants. This article remains a provisional bridge from the fully narrated history of Shen’dralas to a new group site awaiting direct quest and encounter-text inspection.
